Robotics
Fast-track curriculum designed to provide graduates with basic skills and knowledge needed for careers in control systems, industrial automation, work cell development and robotics. Students will learn the fundamentals of FANUC, Fanuc Vision Training, and both basic and electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

PLC 5/SLC 500 and RSLogix
Students will be introduced to hardware components of processor, hardware components of I/O system, I/O configurations, communications between processor and programming systems, PLC 5 system addressing, SLC 500 system addressing, Discrete / Analog signals. Students will also participate in hands-on activities including: wire inputs/outputs, wire communication cables to (miro Logix 1000 processor), use RS Logix 500 software to develop small programs with timers and counters, download to processor, and troubleshoot I/O problems.
