The President will provide resources where appropriate and required.
The President will stay abreast of and evaluate pertinent national and local trends and high impact practices for information and decision-making.
Workforce and Economic Development will develop new workforce partnerships to address placement, internships, externships and apprenticeships.
Workforce and Economic Development will launch the Workforce Promise Initiative to promote the success of graduates of MCC’s workforce and occupational programs.
Purchasing will develop a collaboration for internship opportunities with the Student Employment Office and our vendor base.
Academic Affairs will identify and engage new partners to provide internships, externships, or apprenticeships.
The President will monitor completion of the strategic
goal on a monthly basis and stakeholder perception annually.
The President will monitor current trends and best practices on a monthly basis.
10 new workforce partnerships will be developed.
The Workforce Promise Initiative will be implemented and sustained.
A report will be provided of potential placements to Workforce and Economic Development and Academic Affairs semiannually.
