10.2 Workforce and Economic Development and Institutional Advancement will collaborate
to create and execute a mini campaign to increase awareness of MCC’s Workforce offerings.
10.2 Workforce and Economic Development will add the MCC Leadership Team to its weekly newsletter distribution list.
10.2 Relying on internal Marketing & Communications staff and the College’s external Agency of Record, create and execute a mini campaign to increase awareness of MCC’s WED offerings.
The President will monitor completion of the strategic goal on a monthly basis and stakeholder perception annually.
The President will monitor current trends and best practices on a monthly basis.
A survey will be used to establish an initial baseline assessing employees’ knowledge of MCC’s Workforce and Economic Development offerings, activities and opportunities.
Increase by 10% annually employees’ knowledge and understanding of WED activities by 10% annually.
50% of the Leadership Team will review the WED weekly newsletter.
