• Customers transacted through Service Department during the month overdue dates – these are
• Removed from this report: conversations we should have
• MOT Motability customers – would not be due a follow up with customers if we want to
• Warranty work when the customer details are blank
• Jobs where the code is *** see them again!
• Cancelled jobs
• Trade customers
• When dates have been changed to 1/1/1900 – indicating we know not to follow up
