                     no charge and gives you information about your dental, disability, life, vision or critical illness benefits from
                     Principal Life Insurance Company.

                     If you have other products from the Principal Financial Group , such as individual coverage or retirement

                                                   CREATE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT

                       1  Go to www.principal.com.

                       2  Choose Personal from the Log In box.
                       3  Select Register Now.
                        •  Enter personal information and your identification number (Social Security Number, Enterprise ID,
                          Alternate ID or Privacy ID).
                        •  Verify your identity by answering a few questions.
                        •  Create your username and password, and provide an email address.
                        •  Set security information and login image.
                        •  Confirm that you agree to do business electronically.
                         We’ll send you an email as soon as your account information is ready to access online.
