Benefit Program at any time or from time to time by written instrument.
Termination. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Plan or a Benefit Program
at any time by written instrument. The Plan or Benefit Program, as applied to any single Employer, may
be terminated at any time by such Employer, subject to consent of the Company.
Additional Employers. Any affiliate of the Company may, with the consent of the Company,
adopt the Plan and become an Employer hereunder, and designate any one or more existing plans or
programs as a Benefit Program, applicable to its Employees or a group of its Employees or establish one
or more Benefit Programs as applicable to such Employees.
