Abstract
Background: To evaluate the radiotherapy (RT) - pharmacokinetics (PK) effect of
regorafenib in concurrent or sequential regimens with conventional or high-dose
irradiation.
Methods: In vitro and in vivo concurrent and sequential studies of irradiation and
regorafenib were designed. The interactions of RT and regorafenib in vitro were
