Enjoy A Beautiful Day In The Park
Sometimes we forget the simple pleasures in life; a day to make no plans at all, time to sit, re ect or just be lazy and enjoy being able to sit under the sun, read a book, take a leisurely stroll, or watch your children play at the playground and enjoy the outdoors.
The City invites you to visit its parks located throughout the City. Take advantage of the playgrounds, walking trails, and athletic elds. The Parks staff is committed to keeping all the parks in excellent condition. Take time to sit, relax and ENJOY A BEAUTIFUL DAY AT THE PARK!
a beautiful walking trail, lovely trees, picnic areas, playground, softball eld and disc golf. It is also home to the Heroes Walk 9-11 Memorial. Red Horse Park is located at 1100 North Blvd.
UNIVERSAL CITY PARK is home to the City's largest pavilion. The pavilion is 7,000 sq. ft. and has 10 picnic tables with barbeque pits located around the perimeter. Basketball courts are also located on the pavilion. Universal City Park features a playground, softball eld,
2 baseball elds, 2 tee-ball elds, sand volleyball courts, a football eld and a walking trail. Universal City Park is located at 305 North Blvd.
RED HORSE PARK
features a 2,200 sq. ft. pavilion. The pavilion has 8 picnic tables with a very large barbeque pit. This park features
NORTHVIEW PARK features a new playground and slide tower, a walking trail and Splashpad. This park is located
at 100 Randolph Plaza, adjacent to the City Library.
NORTHVIEW SPLASHPAD opened in March 2019 and is the newest addition to the Universal City parks located at 100 Randolph Plaza

PARK INFORMATION
Park pavilions, clubhouse and ball elds are available for rent for organized activities. Please come by or call the Public Works Service Center for more details at (210)658-5364.
BASIC PARK RULES:
n No glass containers
n Regular hours for all Universal City parks are 6am - 11pm
n Pet owners must clean up after their pet promptly and properly
n Pets must remain on a leash and are not permitted on any ball eld
Splashpad operating hours are 10 a.m. – Dusk
