Lord,
there is nothing more disgusting than my
indifference!
There is nothing more repulsive than
my hard-heartedness!
There is nothing more hideous than
my blind self-love that does not see others!
Lord, help me to taste a drop of Your Love for
everyone and for me!
Lord, help me to feel love for others.
Generate within me, Lord, Love, as You know and as
You will!
Lord, help me to love my enemies and strangers.
Lord, I beg You, erase from my heart every trace of
hatred or aversion or utilitarian desire for others.
