           Welcome to the Peter Harrison
           Planetarium, the digital laser
           planetarium, in Greenwich Park,
           London. We have built this
planetarium so you can see the
night sky. We have a very big
telescope; you can look through it.
Enjoy your tour of the universe.
Jenny Have you ever been to the
                Planetarium before?
Sam Yes, I’ve been to the one in
                Bristol but I’ve never been
                here before. It was amazing
I have never seen the night sky
                through a telescope before.
Jenny Yes, we’ve done the tour of
the night sky, too. We saw
                constellations, comets…
Sam We saw planets and falling
                stars, too.
Jenny Which planets did you see?
           Sam Mars, Jupiter and Saturn.
Jenny We’ve been to the aliens
show – it’s all about looking
for aliens; did you go to that?
Sam You mean the We Are Aliens
                show? No, not yet. Have
                you seen the Astronomy
                Photographer show?
           Jenny What’s that?
Sam It’s photographs of the night
                sky. People who have taken
fantastic pictures of the night Exercise 6
