           Background information
           Acupuncture is an ancient kind
           of medical treatment in which
           thin metal needles are pushed
           into different parts of the body.
           Acupuncture was developed by the
           Chinese about 5,000 years ago.

           Shiatsu in Japanese means ‘finger
           pressure’; it is a type of alternative

           medicine consisting of finger and
           palm pressure, stretches, and other
           massage techniques.
           Yoga is an old discipline from India.
           Yoga uses breathing techniques,
           exercise and meditation. It claims to
