Standard Materials

Our most popular materials (self-adhesive vinyl and rigid plasti c) are available in a wide range of legends and sizes.
1.2mm Polypropylene Rigid Plasti c Pages: 8-45
The easiest type of plasti c to recycle, and off ers ‘closed loop’ recycling as it can be made into itself again,
and again. Durable plasti c suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
Main benefi ts: Lowest cost rigid material, durable, wide range of applicati ons.
Self-Adhesive Vinyl Pages: 8-45
A gloss fi nish, adhesive material with a peel off backing for easy fi xing. Suitable for indoor use and some
external covered areas. Apply to a clean, dry, smooth surface for best results.
Main benefi ts: Low cost, ideal for curved surfaces, no fi xings required.

Specialist Materials
A range of materials developed for specifi c applicati ons, off ering advanced performance and/or aestheti c refi nement.

Nite-Glo & Xtra-Glo Pages: 46-51
Both provide eff ecti ve escape route illuminati on in the event of power loss. NITE-GLO conforms to PSPA Class
B, stays illuminated for over 6 hours. XTRA-GLO conforms to PSPA Class D, stays illuminated for over 24 hours.
Main benefi ts: Enables employees and visitors to clearly identi fy escape routes.

A 1mm high grade material, undersurface printed for an extra long life and quality appearance.
A lightweight constructi on means a professional fl ush fi xture to any fl at dry surface. Has an easy-

2mm Polycarbonate Page: 60
Undersurface printed polycarbonate produces a high gloss fi nish. Impact and abrasion resistant material

0.9mm white faced aluminium to clearly display the safety message. High gloss fi nish and radius corners,
suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Vandal-Resistant Page: 66
Manufactured from 3mm rigid aluminium, heat treated with a special compound to seal and protect the sign.
Made to withstand the harshest of conditi ons. Resists att ack from naked fl ames,graffi ti , sharp objects and
weathering, is also easily cleaned.
