Two years after the conduct of the study, the DILG Central Office has identified
to document the area on Disaster Risk Reduction Management in the 3 cities –
Cauayan, Ilagan, and Santiago. This was done to communicate and advocate the
utilization of CSIS results to improve public service delivery by developing a
compendium on the best practices conducted by LRI grantees of the DILG Technical
               Assistance Program.

Fortunately, the ISU-CSIS TA project was selected as one of the top 24
Documented Powerful Stories anchored on the results of the Citizen Satisfaction Index
System (CSIS). In November 2018, the University represented by the President and
CSIS Project Manager was invited to the launching of the compendium and to give a
testimonial focusing on the impacts of the project implemented by the ISU Project
               Team.
