Since 2014, the ISU Project Team has been

regularly tapped by the DILG for the conduct of
CSIS in various LGUs in Isabela.

Project Citizen Satisfaction Index System (CSIS) Project

Program LGU Capacity Building: Conduct of CSIS in

various local government units
Objectives This project aims to enhance community
development towards the improvement of local

government services.

Specific Activity/ies The Project Team conducts the survey together
with PA student field interviewers which cover the
following activities:
- Survey (data gathering)
- Data Processing
- Report Writing
- Utilization
Conference where results are presented to LGU
Officials
- Conduct of meeting for the preparation of
Citizens’ Priority Action Plan (Plan) – this serves

as a reference of the LGU in improving its
service delivery

Strategy of Implementation Before the survey started, preliminary activities
were conducted such as
- MOA Signing between ISU, DILG, and LGU
- Orientation with LGU Officials composed of
Mayor, Vice Mayor, SB, Dept Heads, and Brgy
Captains
- LGU provides BASELINE DATA which served
as a starting point for comparison and analysis
and provided context on what services were
currently provided by the LGU.
