Monitoring and evaluation instruments are crafted to determine whether
extension programs extended have improved capabilities of the
beneficiaries. These instruments are being used to measure the impact of
activities among their lives because such extension activities conducted are
aimed towards becoming self-reliant and empowered individuals and
community working towards development.
