The Project Team successfully trained a total of 4,866 SK officials were
trained covering 2 cities, 25 municipalities with 760 barangays from
Districts 2-4 in the province of Isabela, conducted in three different venues
in Isabela.

Atty. Jonathan Valiente, Councilor of Alicia, Isabela emphasized
professionalism to the participants as he discussed about Code of Ethics for
Public Officers.

PYDO REYMEL C. RESPOSO, discussed Decentralization and Local Governance
where he emphasized that “Kabataan ang Pag Asa Ng Bayan”
