This undertaking took off from the 5-day Coaches’ Training on Resource Mobilization &
Financial Management &Analysis which was organized by the Local Government Academy –DILG
held at Quezon City on Feb 26-March 4, 2017. Thetraining was participated in by selected coaches
from the academe and Provincial Governments from all regions. Purpose of which was to train

coaches whowill assist local governmentunits in mobilizing resources, bothinternal andexternal.
