One of the strategies of implementation for the Adopt-A-Barangay
Extension Program of the University is “Participatory Planning”, where
Municipal Planning and Development Council (MPDC), Municipal Human
Resource Officer (MHRO), Municipal Agricultural Officer (MAO), barangay
officials, municipal officials and other government agencies are involved.
