Extension Services Implementation/Management Award in the 1st International Multi-Sectoral Development Extension Services
Conference held at the University of Northern Philippines (UNP), Vigan City on July 4-6, 2018. Through the leadership of IICT’s
Associate Dean Dr. Irma T. Plata and Ms. Grace D. Bulawit, the institute excels in the Science & Technology and Engineering
category with their project in 21st Century Soldiers in the transformation of their ICT skills.

to Connect: Integrating ICT to Special Children’s Learning Environment and Empowering National Police Officers in Managing
