ACKNOWLEDGMENT


                          I would like to thank, on behalf of the University, the Ad Hoc Committee on Policy
                   Review and Recommendations for their invaluable effort to update this University Code
                   to meet the needs and demands of the stakeholders it serves. They are the following: Ad
                   Hoc  Committee  created  by  Dr.  Relli  C.  Pableo,  Vice-President  for  Administrative  and
                   Finance  Services;  Dr.  Robinson  M.  Perez,  Chairman,  and  members:  Prof.  Jane  S.
                   Raymundo, Dr. Editha F. Ausa, Dr. Emilia A. Martinez, Dr. Richard Ramirez, Ms. Gilda G.
                   Niala, Dr. John N. Cabansag, Dr. Dante M. Aquino, Dr. Orlando F. Balderama, Dr. Danie
                   T. Sayo, Prof. Exequiel M. Perez, Prof. Rosalinda Guingab, Ms. Wilma B. Adriano and
                   Ms. Ruby Jane M. Pauligue. The final output was edited by Dr. Rimalu Serrano during the
                   incumbency of Dr. Rufino B. Calpatura and Dr. Ricmar P. Aquino as Vice-President for
                   Administrative and Finance Services. I am also grateful to the members of the Academic
                   and Administrative Council for their active participation in the review process of the Code
                   and for favorably recommending the approval of its final draft to the Board of Regents.
                   Also, my profound appreciation goes to the members of the Board of Regents whose
                   insight-filled comments and suggestions have made the finalization of University Code
                   possible.
                          Finally, I want to extend my thanks to all constituencies of Isabela State University
