7. As supporting documents, the names of regional topnotches
should be property certified by the PRC Regional Office since
these are not normally published in newspaper of
National/Regional circulation nor-uploaded in the PRC website.
8. The college form where the topnotches came from should
facilitate the preparation and processing of vouchers and checks.
9. Topnotches can collect only once for a specific program,
the higher amount. 10.Topnochers in any two or three
examinations can still be covered by this resolution.
