the Administrative Office. The functions are carried-out by each
office.

The best practices of the Organization:
∙ The institution has its own EO (Executive Officer).
∙ There is verticalization of degrees of administrators.
∙ The university implements and practices a quality management
system (QMS) certified according to ISO 9001:2008 international
standard, upgrade to ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
∙ The institution properly keeps records of documents and follows the
principles of ISO. ∙ The institution conducts quality assurance
trainings/seminar-workshops. ∙ The institution practices feedback
mechanisms.
