1. In your culture, has employment become the primary
determinant of a person's character and identity? For example, is
there a perception that working women have higher social status
compared to those who do not work or do not have income?
2. In your opinion, what is the dynamic of the relationship between
superiors and subordinates, or between bosses and employees, in
most companies or institutions in your country? Could the
patterns of these professional relationships be different from
practices in other countries? If yes, can you mention some of the
differences?
