ERNEL A. LANUZGA
One of the early-retired seafarer with experiences in various type of vessels and as
a Master Mariner in Offshore vessel. Started his career at sea by year 2001;
Working on-board and on an onshore-based career in the maritime industry such
as Training and Crewing & Ship Management. Year 2014 is his last at sea and
finally decided to work permanently on shore-based career.
He believed with the saying, “learning is a never ending journey, once you stop
learning, you start rotting - AE ”.
At present his working at MMC as the Fleet Director of Multi- Dry Cargo Fleet10.

Working with him in managing Maestro fleet are:

MARHK RHODERICK SUSTIGUER

Graduated in University of San Agustin Iloilo City, finishing commerce major in
management. Joined Magsaysay in March 1998 up to present and enjoyed
crewing career for almost 23 years.

JEDRIC P. REYES

Graduate of Business Administration major in Human Resource Development and
Management at Dr. Yanga’s College. He has been in Magsaysay Maritime
Corporation from 2014 as compliance assistant until 2016. He was transferred to
Arcadia fleet as fleet assistant and later was reassigned to MF10 to assist for
Maestro Fleet
