WHILE ON QUARANTINE

▪ You must remain in your facility for strict isolation.

▪ Do not leave your room even if you need to purchase food

and essentials items.

▪ No interacting with others.

▪ Monitor your health closely, including respiratory symptoms.

▪ If you are unwell, with fever or any respiratory symptoms,

seek medical attention immediately.

▪ Maintain good personal hygiene, including regular hand

washing with soap and water.

▪ Do not touch your face and cover your mouth when coughing

or sneezing.

▪ Do not share food, utensils and other personal hygiene items.

▪ Wear mask and face shield at all times when you need to go

out to undergo the RT-PCR test.
