YOUR ASSIGNED FLEET

JAYSON ERENO heads the AIDA cruise fleet for two (2) years. Prior to his assignment to
handle fleet operations, he worked with the Talent Sourcing and Data Management team
where he handles the sourcing and recruitment activities of both Cruise and Marine.

Working with him are all seasoned Fleet HR officers:

AMMOO KUTTAN joined Magsaysay in 2011 as a Fleet HR assistant which she handled
the Pre-Deployment & Trainings for AIDA Cruises. Year 2013 when she was assigned to
handle three (3) Vessels for Hotel Department. It was year 2017 when she was
promoted as Senior Fleet HR Officer and got an opportunity to deliver AIDA Nova- the
fifth biggest ship in the world. She is now turning 10yrs this 2021 and she is very eager

to more fruitful years to come...

MICHAELA INNA MONTEVERDE joined Magsaysay in April 2011 and was assigned to
Recruitment Department. In the same year, she was promoted as Talent Pool Officer.
First quarter of 2014, she was officially transferred to Fleet under Princess – Hotel
Department handled the Pre-Deployment of New Hires for one year and eventually, took
over the role in Deploying Ex-crew members for Bar and Photo Department. Another
growth in her career came when she moved to AIDA in August 2016 where she handled

NORIELA M. LEONIDAS Recruitment and Training. She is now on her 9th year of productive service and
dedication to Magsaysay.

ADRICH MEDINA started as Fleet HR assistant year 2017 handling two (2) vessels: Aida
Cara and Vita. He was promoted to August 2019 as Fleet HR officer and is now handling

four (4) vessels. He is positive in learning new things especially in ensuring service to the
crew
