PAUL GUTIERREZ

Joined in Magsaysay in 1994 as Documentation Clerk were he work on the crew
documents, visa’s and licenses and others. Later on he was promoted as
Documentation Assistant and after few years kick-off as Asst. Documentation
Manager. He was transferred to Fleet operation as Asst. Fleet Manager whose

responsible for crew rotation, recruitment, document processing, visa and lot
others in which he got promoted as Fleet Manager. Through his service on fleet
operations, he was able to handle several clients with different nationalities, vessel

types and requirements. On 2008, he was promoted as Fleet Director until present
for MF2 Fleet.

Working with him in managing MOL Marine Co. Ltd. fleet is:

KRISTINE ROSE DE GUZMAN

Started with Magsaysay Maritime Corporation last August 2011 as Recruitment
Assistant / Career counselor in Recruitment Department. January 2012 she was

given an opportunity to be part of the Marine Fleet team under the MF10 Multi
Fleet Cargo as Fleet HR Assistant handling 5 principals with 20 vessels (Bulk,
Cape size and Cargo ships). In June 2018, She was transferred to MF2 Multi
Fleet handling 2 principals (MOL Cable ship & LOTS Shipping) and in October

2019 she was able to stepped up as Fleet HR Officer.
