WHILE ON QUARANTINE

 You must remain in your facility for strict isolation.

 Do not leave your room even if you need to purchase food

and essentials items.

 No interacting with others.

 Monitor your health closely, including respiratory symptoms.

 If you are unwell, with fever or any respiratory symptoms,

seek medical attention immediately.

 Maintain good personal hygiene, including regular hand

washing with soap and water.

 Do not touch your face and cover your mouth when coughing

or sneezing.

 Do not share food, utensils and other personal hygiene items.

 Wear mask and face shield at all times when you need to go

out to undergo the RT-PCR test.
