MARILEN SANTOS

Formerly worked in a Passenger Cruise ship

owned by MOPAS Company. In her 21 years of

service on-board, she experienced different
positions and tasks. All of these were

accomplished with ease, proven by her

positive track record. On her few years of
service, she started as a Stewardess and was

promoted to Supervisor assigned in different

hotel department and became a crew purser.

Her positive attitude, loyalty, and passion
towards is maintained on her shipboard

service.

May 2020 when she was given the opportunity

as a Fleet HR officer in Magsaysay. She is the

overall in-charged of MOPAS crew. She does

all of these with dedication, perseverance and
