your reference during your pre-deployment processing.

 Make sure you follow the document checklist issued by

your assigned fleet

 Work within the timeline in completing your documents

 Inspect all your documents’ validity

 Make sure you photocopy your documents prior

submission to your fleet

 Submit documents based on the agreed timeline

 Update your fleet from time to time on the progress of

your documentation.
