ROWENA GAMBOA

career with Magsaysay Maritime Corporation began in 1997 as a documentation
assistant. After only two years of service, she was promoted to Assistant Fleet
Manager in the first fleet, she served; Norwegian Cruises in 1999 until 2005. After
NCL moved to other manning agency, she was temporarily transferred to Costa
Crociere Fleet wherein she worked there for a year until she was assigned again to
a Multi fleet Passenger, working with various principals from 2006 until 2009. After
which her career continued with more challenging and bigger fleet in 2010 wherein
she was assigned to handle one of the biggest and significant department of
Princess Cruises, she handled the rotation for the Galley dept. of 16 ships for five
years, 2010 to 2015. Currently, she is in her 24th year in Magsaysay and is now
part of Crystal Cruises and continuing to serve the company.

MARY JELL SAJOLA

Started working in Magsaysay Maritime Corporation way back 2014 under People
Serve. Her First Fleet is P&O CRUISES and was given a chance to joined
Magsaysay as regular employee last 2016 August as Fleet HR Assistant. She was
assigned as Pre-Deployment of New Hire both UK & Australia. Year 2018, she
was transferred and got promoted in Crystal Fleet as Fleet HR Officer. The task
given to her this time is more Challenging: Communicating to Principal, Planning
and Scheduling, and interacting with different CREW members. I am now turning
5 years as Magsaysay and still counting.
