The exit interview survey is a critical activity of the disembarkation process. Not only does it give your
fleet an idea of your on-board experience but more importantly, it tells your fleet and principal what can
be improved. Furthermore, the career goals and life aspiration gives you a valuable insight of what you
envisioned years from now and what intervention Magsaysay can do to help you achieve it your plans.
