YOUR ASSIGNED FLEET

Abigail Berenguer heads the P&O cruise fleet for four years. She was previously
assigned in Jakarta, Indonesia as a consultant. She managed Aida Fleet after

when she returned to Magsaysay in Manila.

Working with her are all seasoned employees, two (2) fleet managers and one (1)
fleet officer.

Anne Ballen joined Magsaysay in 2003 as a Manning Assistant for P&O AU
and UK. She was transferred to Princess in 2006 to handle Galley Crew,

after five (5) months returned to P&O Cruises. She was promoted to Fleet
Manager in 2008. She has been servicing the crew for 16 fruitful years.

Martha Gomez started with Magsaysay in 2006 as an Assistant Fleet

Manager in P&O. She was promoted to Fleet Manager after two years. She
was temporary assigned to Costa fleet from 2010 to 2011 and returned to
P&O in 2012. She is already on her 14th year in her fulfilling journey of

handling crew from pre-deployment to post deployment.
NORIELA M. LEONIDAS

VP, Cruise Group Alvin Bales joined Magsaysay in 2014 as a Fleet HR Assistant – Bar and
Restaurant Department. He was re-assigned to P&O – Deck and Technical
Department on the last quarter of 2016 -- the same year he was promoted to

Fleet HR – Officer. He is now on his 6th year of productive service with
Magsaysay.
