How do we protect ourselves from smog?


                  Avoid  or  reduce  activities  outside  the  home/building,  especially  for

                  those who suffer from heart disease and respiratory problems.


                  Always  wear  a  mask  if  you  have  to  go  outside  the  house/building.


                  Wear the mask properly to cover the nose and mouth.

                  Drink more water and more often so that dust or fine particles stuck in


                  the  throat  dissolve  and  enter  the  digestive  tract  so  that  it  is  also


                  removed with feces.

                  Immediately go to the doctor or the nearest health care facility if you


                  experience difficulty breathing or other health problems.


                  Immediately  do  clean  and  healthy  behavior  (PHBS)  such  as  eating

                  nutritious  food,  drinking  a  lot,  eating  lots  of  fruit,  don't  go  near


                  smoking people, and get enough rest.


                  Try not to let smoke from outside enter the house/building. Water and

                  food storage containers must be properly covered and protected.


                  Fruits  and  vegetables  are  washed  before  consumption.  Cooked  food


                  and drinks need to be cooked properly.
