Notes for Contributors
Manuscripts should be sent to the JICE Editor, University of Malaya Press, University of Malaya, Kuala
Lumpur 50603, Malaysia (jice@um.edu.my). Manuscript length should be about 7000 words. Articles
are to be accompanied by abstracts of 100-150 words and 4-5 keywords. For typesetting, manuscripts
should cover one side of the paper, double spaced, size 12pt font. Footnotes should be avoided whenever
possible. Manuscripts should not contain any author/s identifying information.
Please include a cover page with the following: title of the article, name of author/s and institutional
affiliation, and contact details (postal and email addresses) of the corresponding author. Manuscripts
sent for review should not be under consideration elsewhere.
Reviews Policy All articles submitted to this journal will undergo an initial editor screening and a thorough
(double-blind) peer review.
Tables/Figures/Illustrations should be set on separate sheets and placed at the end of the manuscript
page. There should be clear indication on the manuscript pages where such figures are to be set.
References should use the following format:
