Moshe teaches us two basic principles by his punctual performance of this
                   mitzvah. The first is that one should do mitzvot at the earliest possible
                   opportunity. The second is that every person has mitzvot which are
                   custom-made for him. He will not be held accountable for refraining from
                   fulfilling them, but performing them will bring him great reward.













                   “Hashem spoke to Moshe, saying: Take
                   vengeance for the Children of Israel against the
                   Midianites; afterward you will be gathered unto
                   your people”
