project owners from across the three
Philippine sites were recognized at this year’s
Organizational Excellence Awards (OEA). dumaguete
The 2018 ceremonies, held on December 3 &

among its employees.

Presenting the certificates of completion and
recognition to the graduates, at the Bethel
Guesthouse in Dumaguete, were Chief
People Officer Marie Ampeloquio, SVP for
Marketing and Corporate Communications
Celeste Ilagan, SVP for Operations for
Philippines and Vietnam Felma Magnata,
and VP for Operations for Dumaguete
Vangie Castellano. Also gracing the event
was SVP for Solutions Architecture John
Prahbu, who provided valuable insights
about SPi Global’s Digital Delivery Ecosystem
and the company’s powerful capabilities as
a content technology player.

Paranaque and Laguna learners were honored at one of the most iconic places in Manila – the
Philippine International Convention Center. SPi’s most distinguished leaders including President and
CEO Ratan Datta, COO Prabhakar Bisen, CPO Marie Ampeloquio and SVP for Solutions Architecture
John Prabhu also in turn offered their wisdom on responsible leadership, excellence, continuous learning,
and innovation to all the graduates. SVP for Marketing and Corporate Communications Celeste Ilagan
and SVP for Operations for Philippines and Vietnam also graced the event to present the certificates to
the OEA graduates.
