The Philippine summit was facilitated by Management

Strategies Senior Consultant Benjamin Leogardo. An HR
and organizational development expert, he emphasized
the importance of adapting and exercising agility to not
only cope and survive, but to thrive.

SVP for Philippines and Vietnam Operations Felma
Magnata also challenged leaders to be more flexible
and brazen towards change. “High energy drives
aspiration, and leaders must take this to heart as they

manage their people.”

Participants in both summits agreed that collaboration
is crucial to excellence. Leaders who show greater
visibility, enthusiasm, and appreciation at the Operations
floor not only assist in safeguarding revenue, but also in
boosting employee engagement.

During workshops and open forums, teams also shared
challenges and solutions to inter-department gaps,
and learned effective ways of exercising agility and
cheerfulness to meet company objectives.
