CSR Update: SPi Global Inaugurates

Smart Classrooms in India

SPi Global believes that our host communities are our partners for growth.
Nothing can be more true for our CSR Champions in India, as they inspire success by
forwarding the company’s initiatives to Share IT. Build IT. Bring IT.

On August 24, 2018, India’s CSR Team led by Dhaneesh
Kumar, SVP for Operations (left-most in photo), together
with top officials from the Department of Education,
gathered at the Government School Pooranankuppam
for the inauguration of 58 smart classrooms in public
schools in Pondicherry.

In transforming traditional classrooms to technologically
enhanced learning environments, SPi Global recieved
recognition for sponsoring the installation of smart boards
and educational tools in various subjects, to benefit
students in the Primary, High School and K-12 levels. The
schools were also equipped with computer accessories,
audio visual systems, and a K-12 content to complete
the Smart Classroom set-up.
