Ampeloquio discussed accepting change as the new normal.

Dumaguete’s VP for Operations Vangie Castellano discussed
that what makes a leader is one’s willingness to challenge the
norm and the ability to make decisions. Vangie also tackled
the value of technology – that when things are not possible
for humans alone, we make it possible through technology.

SVP for Vietnam and Philippine Operations Felma Magnata,
too, reiterated that technology makes a company valuable,
relevant, and future-proof.

During her session, she said that
employees should learn how to
embrace technology, enabling us
to work faster as we support our
clients in achieving their goals.
