SPi Global is now Straive



                   Dear Colleagues,


                   T o day I am delighted to share with you an exciting development in our journey as
                   a company. Following the many developments in recent years, which included major
                   acquisitions, new revenue streams, and further consolidation of our key business divisions,
                   there was a clear need to restate our value proposition. We are starting this by rebranding
                   the organization.

                   As of 7th April 2021, SPi Global will be known as Straive (pronounced "strive").
                   The name Straive signifies our ongoing endeavor - our endeavor to continuously enhance
                   the value we bring to our customers and the communities around us. The name Straive
                   also encompasses our increased focus on Al-driven solutions, and the logo represents our
                   commitment to unravel the power of information by connecting the dots.

                   As a leading e-learning solutions provider to online K-12 and higher-ed players, as a
                   specialized solutions provider to top business information and financial platforms, and as
                   the leading content services provider to research and education publishers, we will
                   continue to approach the market segments we serve with an impactful combination of
                   technology platforms, subject matter expertise, social responsibility and untiring pursuit of
                   delivery excellence.

                   While we go out and buzz the world, our focus and our aspirations, remain the same. In the
                   coming days as part of a carefully planned rebranding roll-out, we will announce other
                   changes, such as new email addresses, a new version of the website, etc. You will hear of
                   them well in advance and it is important not to get ahead of ourselves.
                   We feel confident to face our existing customers with a new identity because of the
                   awesome work you do every day. A new brand will expand our business beyond what we
                   do today and forge new client relationships. It will re-emphasize our readiness to excel in
                   transformative technologies around us and align us with our customers' future strategies
                   and products. This rebranding is our pledge to ourselves and the world in our quest to
                   elevate knowledge to solve the critical problems of our time.
