Celebrations to Foster

Engagement in Hanoi

At Staive Vietnam, providing engaging and interactive activities among its
employees is key to rejuvenating the team. In line with maintaining the

company’s motivating drive in ensuring participation from all employees,
Hanoi office sees to it that Vietnam’s culture and traditions are infused

into our programs, making them more relatable and relevant. Local and

international events are taken as a bloodline in our way of conducting
special events while maintaining a healthy and productive involvement

from everyone.

Recently, Hanoi office celebrated the annual Women’s Day (both the Winners were selected by judges based on presentation, creativity
International and Vietnam’s versions). It was ushered in with dishes that and uniqueness, and (above all) taste. After the awarding ceremony,

incorporated local and traditional Vietnamese cuisines, cooked and everyone who was in the office sampled all the dishes, and had fun
prepared by employees, as entries to the cooking contest. The Bánh sharing a meal together.

trôi nư c - which we always prepare during the Cold Food Festival in
Vietnam – was one of the highlights of the contest. In spite the ongoing situation with
the pandemic, Straive Vietnam

celebrated Halloween with an event

at the production floor. The office
area was decked with spooky

decorations to create the fun vibe.

We had special competition games
with the full participation of team members

and staff present at the event.

Understandably it is tiring at work; yet,
we are able to sustain the energy of the

Vietnam Team through engaging activities

and events. They not only lighten up the
mood with fun and laughter, they also keep

our bond strong through our shared
experiences.
