Roll-out of Culture Document
On November 19, the new Straive Culture Document was released, with a
message from our President and CEO Ratan Datta. We are reproducing the
announcement and the whole Culture Document for a quick review and
your familiarization.
Dear Colleagues,
Early this year, during the Leadership Summit, the leaders worked together as one team
deciphering for ourselves what our culture transformation entails.
We deep-dived into understanding our new set of values and what they mean to us as leaders
and to our respective teams. It was a collective journey that we hoped was a starting point for
ripples that would eventually spread throughout the organization.
From that time until today, the ripple effect continues.
• Conversations about the values still echo in our Coffee Talks where senior leaders
evoke from employees their own perspectives about the values;
• Through VIA Talks, leaders get the opportunity to share their thoughts about the
values and their relevance to our business;
• Culture roadshows and onboarding sessions aim to introduce the new set of values
to our employees, both current and new.
And now, I am happy to share with you our official Straive Culture Document. This document
embodies not just my reflections and insights about our values. More than anything, this is
where the thoughts, ideas and beliefs of Straive leaders and employees converge.
Let this culture document then be a guide on how we can align our actions to truly speak
of our culture. But let this also be a constant reminder and inspiration for each one to
continue our conversations in this transformation journey.
