materials (Water Closet, Faucet,
Sink/Lavatory, Bidet, Floor Drain, Water
Leaks, Ceiling Leaks and P-Trap).
f. Inspect and check all electrical details and
materials (Lighting Appearance, Power
Outlets, Smoke Detectors and Circuit
Breakers).
g. Inspect and check all carpentry details and
materials (Tables, Chairs, Cabinets, Drawers,
Shelves, Doors, Door Stopper and Door
Closer).
h. Inspect and check ventilation details and
materials (Air Conditioning Units, Ceiling Fan
and Exhaust Fan).
3. Inspect and check WIFI and internet connectivity.
Task 13: Evaluate and assess job order requests
OPERATING PROCEDURES STANDARD(s)
1. Respond immediately to equipment breakdown.
2. Evaluate status of the equipment and make
appropriate resolutions and recommendations.
3. Assign repair works to maintenance personnel
depending on the priority list of job orders.
4. Follow-up status of pending Job Order Requests to
the assigned personnel.
Task 14: Summarize reports during the shift
OPERATING PROCEDURES STANDARD(s)
Prior to logging out after shift reports must be updated and
summarize including but not limited to:
1. Consumption Reports (Electricity & Water)
2. KPI (Daily Accomplishments of Painter, Laborer,
Carpenter, Plumber and Handyman)
3. Prepare turnover report of ongoing projects and
pending Job Orders
