  Thailand Post Company Limited (THP) is a state enterprise under the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, playing a role as a basic public service provider through its comprehensive domestic and international network and postal system, to support economic development and reduce social disparities by offering quality services at fair prices. Despite the intense business challenges in recent years, such as fierce competition among logistics providers, facing expanding players from e-Marketplaces, as well as dealing with rapidly changing consumer demands and expectations driven by digital advancements, THP remains committed to maintaining good service standards and continuously giving importance to developing new services that are in line with current and future consumer behaviors, in order to maintain the status of the postal network that connects Thai people and society in every era. Furthermore, we realize and prioritize sustainable development across all aspects of our organization, including eco-friendly operations, service network ready to support and assist the community and society, and transparent business conducting in accordance with good governance principles
With this strategic direction in mind, THP has revised its vision for 2024, aiming to become an organization that is ready for “Delivering Sustainable Growth through Postal Network.” Additionally, we have reviewed our corporate culture in line with the vision, under the “Sustainable POST” framework to drive our organization toward success. This framework emphasizes our commitment to creating sustainability (Sustainable), delivering work with professionalism
(Professional), exceeding customer expectations (Over Deliver), responding swiftly to demands (Speed), and keeping up with modern trends (Trendy). These principles reflect our agility and dedication to continuous development. We have introduced innovative projects, such as integrating digital technology with network potential of more than 25,000 postmen to offer household-level services under the “Postman Cloud” initiative. Additionally, we have modernized traditional postal services through digital platforms, as seen in “Prompt Post,” which was used for sending postcards online in collaboration with the Thairath Group.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to extend my gratitude to THP’s executives, employees and workers, and all groups of stakeholders for their contributions in navigating the company to grow amidst various business volatility. I also appreciate the trust and confidence placed in THP’s potential as we continue to provide comprehensive, high-quality postal services that enhance convenience in an ever-evolving way of life. THP remains dedicated to fostering growth for all stakeholders to deliver value throughout the supply chain in creating sustainability for Thai society forever.
