The service leverages the expertise of over 25,000 postmen nationwide to provide Postman as a Service (PaaS). This service is like a network ready to support and deliver value to customers/ partners, and develop sustainable organizational growth.
EMS JUMBO Service
“Sending large items by post”
service is suitable for delivery of a large item weighing not over 200 kilograms. The service provides a quick delivery standard and covers all areas of the country.
eCo-Post Service This service is intended for shipping domestic postal items with status checking system, provided that the maximum weight of package is 10 kg. This option aims to respond to customers who wish to send packages weighing more than 2 kg, especially e-Commerce business.
Precision in Every Move... Confidence, Safety, and Accurate Delivery This is the elevation of post codes to personal address code (D/ID code), allowing the D/ID code to be used for addressing items. This helps protect personal data during transport and accurately refer to the recipient's location. It facilitates address- related transactions, including updating addresses via the D/ID application, which automatically changes the contact addresses with various organizations. It also includes item status tracking, allowing users to verify the sender and prevent illegal shipments. The D/ID service also offers a setting to hide address details for privacy protection.
Courier Post Service
This is an international air express delivery service with universal premium speed standard under the slogan “Beyond global standard delivery” for documents weighing not over 2 kg. and packages not over 200 kg.

Prompt Post Service A service that supports the entire process from receiving and sending online documents, document storage on the cloud, electronic signatures, corporate seals, time-stamping to verify the authenticity of documents, as well as service fee payments, announcement of important news from various organizations, and conducting polls. This service ensures easy access to important activities with credibility. Prompt Post also includes a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for agencies or users, ensuring complete security against spam.
ePacket Service This is an international delivery service which has been developed to support international business and promote international e-Commerce business wishing to use an economical shipping service, for items weighing not over 2 kg.
EMS WORLD Service
This service is a quick shipment of documents and packages weighing not over 30 kg. to the recipients abroad with standard speed within the specified period.
Digital Post ID Service (D/ID)
