3.1  Add Employee Name and Surname






         When  you  open  the  Excel  workbook  you  previously  downloaded,  click  on  the  cell  and  type  in
         the  employee's  name  or  surname.  The  drop-down  list  will  filter  automatically.    If  the  name  of
         the   employee   does   not   appear   on   the   list,   make   sure   that   it   is   the   same   details   that   were
         loaded with Payroll.
