7.5 Signing the Performance Appraisal Workbook in Adobe

Acrobat Reader with a Saved Signature

As a Line Manager, you will have various employee's whose appraisals you will have to
sign. Adobe PDF Reader and Adobe PDF Reader Professional both save your signature
to be used again. Once the PDF opens, navigate to the top menu bar and click on the
pen icon. You will see that the signature you used previously has been saved. Click on
the signature image and place it in the document.
