ทังนี เป็นการทําาธุุรกิจอืนๆ อีก 18 ราย ค์ิด้เป็นร้อย ละ 19 อาทิ บริการทางวิศวกรรม , การทําากิจการโฆษณา และ บริการด้้านค์อมพิิวเต่อร์ เป็นต่้น
The remaining of 18 entities accounting for 19% received certificates to operate other businesses such as engineering services, advertising business and computer services, etc.

ในปี พิ.ศ. 2567 ประเทศทีค์นต่่างด้้าวได้้รับห้นังสืือ รับรองการประกอบธุุรกิจภายใต่้มาต่รา 11 ทังห้มด้ ได้้แก่ สืห้รัฐอเมริกา ซึงเป็นกรณีได้้รับสืิทธุิต่ามสืนธุิสืัญญาทาง ไมต่รีและสืัมพิันธุ์ทางเศรษฐกิจระห้ว่างไทยกับสืห้รัฐอเมริกา (Treaty of Amity) ทังนี ในชี่วงปี พิ.ศ. 2543 - 2567 มีการใชี้ สืิทธุิต่ามพิันธุกรณีและค์วามต่กลงระห้ว่างประเทศ อันได้้แก่ สืนธุิสืัญญาทางไมต่รีและสืัมพิันธุ์ทางเศรษฐกิจระห้ว่างไทย กับสืห้รัฐอเมริกา โด้ยค์นต่่างด้้าวสืห้รัฐอเมริกาในสืัด้สื่วน ร้อยละ 99.7 ค์วามต่กลงการค์้าเสืรีไทย–ออสืเต่รเลีย โด้ยค์น ต่่างด้้าวออสืเต่รเลียในสืัด้สื่วนร้อยละ 0.1 และค์วามต่กลงหุ้้น สื่วนเศรษฐกิจไทย–ญีปุ่น ซึงเป็นค์นต่่างด้้าวญีปุ่นในสืัด้สื่วน ร้อยละ 0.2
In 2024 the only country whose nationals received Foreign Business Certificates under Section 11 is the United States of America and the privilege exercised by these US persons is stipulated in Treaty of Amity and Economic Relations between Thailand and the United States of America. During the past 25 years (2000-2024), treaties and international agreements under which the foreign contracting parties have exercised their privileges are as follows:- Treaty of Amity and Economic Relations between Thailand and the United States of America (99.7% of total foreigners); Thailand-Australia Free Trade Agreement (0.1%), and Japan-Thailand Economic Partnership Agreement (0.2%).
