สืําาห้รับการทบทวนประเภทธุุรกิจบัญชีีท้ายพิระราชี บัญญัต่ิฯ มีวัต่ถุประสืงค์์เพิือสื่งเสืริมให้้มีการแข่งขัน ในการประกอบธุุรกิจ รวมทังการกําากับการประกอบธุุรกิจ ของค์นต่่างด้้าวต่ามประเภทธุุรกิจบัญชีีท้ายพิระราชีบัญญัต่ิฯ ให้สื้ อด้ค์ลอ้ งกบั สืภาวการณท์ างเศรษฐกจิ การค์า้ และการลงทนุ ระห้วา่ งประเทศในปจั จบุ นั ต่ลอด้จนการด้าํา เนนิ การทสืี อด้ค์ลอ้ ง กบั พินั ธุกรณต่ี ามสืนธุสืิ ญั ญาระห้วา่ งประเทศซงึ จะกอ่ ประโยชีน์ แก่ประเทศไทยในภาพิรวม

คณะกรรมกรกรประกอบธุรกิจของคนต่งด้ว ดํา เนนิ กรทบทวนประเภทธรุ กจิ บญั ชที ้ ยพระรชบญั ญตั ิ กรประกอบธุรกิจของคนต่งด้ว พ.ศ. 2542 เป็นประจํา ทุกปี โด้ยในปี 2566 ได้้พิิจารณาทบทวนประเภทธุุรกิจ บัญชีีท้ายพิระราชีบัญญัต่ิการประกอบธุุรกิจของค์นต่่างด้้าว พิ.ศ. 2542 ซงึ ค์ณะกรรมการฯ มมี ต่เิ ห้น็ ค์วรให้ธุ้ รุ กจิ ถอดออก จากบัญชีีท้ายพิระราชีบัญญัต่ิฯ จําานวน 2 รายการธุุรกิจ ได้้แก่
1) ธุุรกิจบริการให้้ก้้ยืมเงินในร้ปแบบต่่างๆ ทีมี ห้ลักทรัพิย์เป็นห้ลักประกัน ต่ามทไี ด้้รับอนุญาต่ต่ามกฎห้มาย ว่าด้้วยห้ลักทรัพิย์และต่ลาด้ห้ลักทรัพิย์ และกฎห้มายว่าด้้วย สืัญญาซือขายล่วงห้น้า
2) ธุุรกิจการให้้บริการเป็นต่ัวแทน ผ้้ค์้า ทีปรึกษา ห้รือ ผ้้จัด้การเงินทุน สืัญญาซือขายล่วงห้น้าทีสืินค์้าห้รือต่ัวแปร อ้างอิงไม่ได้้อย้่ภายใต่้กฎห้มายสืัญญาซือขายล่วงห้น้า
The objectives of the revision of the lists annexed to the Act are to basically promote business competition, to regulate business activities conducted by foreigners pursuant to the lists annexed thereto in consistent with the latest economic, trade and investment developments, and to fulfill Thailand’s obligations under the relevant international treaties for the benefit of the nation as a whole.

Results of the revision of the business lits annexed to the Foreign Business Act, B.E. 2542 in 2023 and the progression
The Foreign Business Commission annually conducts a review of the business lists annexed to the Foreign Business Act, B.E. 2542. In 2023, the Commission has reviewed the business lists annexed to the Act; 2 business services have been proposed to remove that are
1) Business services of lending money in various forms that has securities as the main insurance as permitted under the law on securities and exchange and the law on derivatives contracts
2) Business of providing services as an agent, trader, consultant of fund manager for futures contracts on commodities or variables which references are not subject to the law on derivatives contracts
